About this 3D model

I am going to be displaying my models at Maker Faire NY 2013 So i wanted a big maker fair robot based on the poster art used by the fair. My prints were done at 0% infill and 2 shells (perimeters) (ABS) It has a few gaps on top as shown it the pics. once again ABS/acetone goop to the rescue.
