About this 3D model

Snaps onto the handle of one of these large dog retractable leashes and provides a loop for affixing one of those little waste-bag holders, or something else. v2 doesn't use a hook since I just couldn't get it strong enough for the way my dog handles herself. So it's a loop and I will affix the waste bag holder to it with a screw clip.
