Measure the box size necessary for you glasses, in Blender resize the hole to that size, turn off modifiers and resize the box to be 4mm bigger in all dimensions, then position the clip arm and export. Then print, line with cloth (I used the cloth that came with his glasses for cleaning) and voila.
