A receiver hitch on a vehicle is extremely useful for pulling a trailer, a bicycle rack, etc - but if it is full of dirt or rust when you want to use it that is just inconvenient. This is for a 1-1/4" square receiver hitch receiver. It slips in and wedges so it does not readily fall out yet you can pull it off when you want to use the receiver hitch.
