a bottle i will print 0% infill I am going to test with Taulman 645 nylon. with the top cut off i use this to automate the top cutting http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:65624 you can do so or use a different method (edit the g-code to eliminate the top. or stop printing before the top layers)
