The Star Tetrahedron is constructed from 10 Foldable Tetrahedron base units. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:78075. 8 of the tetrahedron are assembled as normal. 2 of the tetrahedron are partially folded and then assembled together into an octahedron. A tetrahedron is attached to each face of the octahedron forming the star tetrahedron. The final object looks like 2 large tetrahedron intersecting.
