About this 3D model

So I stumbled upon this article: http://www.geekologie.com/2010/02/impressive-building-a-silent-h.php and of course wondered if this could be done on a smaller scale. So I made some! PLEASE try these out for me, I will work on them and perfect them if they reduce noise even the slightest. 9x4.5 with 6mm centre hole. Thanks guys!
