These are now deprecated and replaced by version 2 - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:469920 This converts a different sized fan (25mm thick) for use on a 40mm x 10mm fan connector. By doing this your noise level and sound level can be EXTREMELY decreased while putting out more CFM than a 40mm can ever do. For the 120mm, 92mm, and the 80mm fan mounts there are extra tall versions (30mm taller) that allow more airflow to pass.
