A square shaped support tent! You have a structure shaped like a "+" which cannot be oriented in any way to be overhang-free and bridging won't work either? In that case this thing might help. It spans a thinn square membrane at a choosen height which supports your overhang. This membrane can afterwards be easyly cut away with a knife.
