About this 3D model

I am working on a container that needs a biohazard symbol. This one seems to work stand-alone. But it fails to appear on F6 when I have it in an openscad program with the command. translate(v=[0,1.5,(ext_h/2)]) import("BioHazard-50-fixed.stl"); Any ideas?
