About this 3D model

Looking to remake of the original puzzle by Sabu Oguro, I stumbled across a set of dxf files for each piece already on thingiverse http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1453 I ended up modifying each file to round off the corners and create a single path for the laser to cut around, I also added a tray to hold all the pieces in the basic shape.
