About this 3D model
This is a new version of last night's templates. They are half the thickness, and they should be 3/64'ths of an inch wider on the inside, because the old ones printed too small to fit over the steel tubes. I've also tweaked the height to make a faster print, and added 2 more templates: - A cylindrical cut for mating the front forks to the head tubes. - A 83.57 cut, which assuming my trig skills hold true, is the correct angle for making the front cuts of the rear forks. I've also added mouse-ears because the corners were curling as I printed. Lastly, I smartened up the SCAD code a bit. Next rev will have the front forks where they attach to the frame... They're really all that's left.
