This replacement Trailer Jack Handle “Thing” was made by Boy Scout CWK. at the 2011 Advancement Camp held by the Laurel Highlands Council during the Technology and Arts Weeks of Merit Badge Camp in Ligonier, PA. It will fit over a 3/8" bolt.
