Ball chain pulley with matching 608 idler for use with Prusa Mendel instead of using timing belts. I picked up nylon string ball chain from the craft store at $2.50 for 30yds instead of $2 ft online for the cheapest timing belts you can get. Actual Ball size is 4mm with 5.3mm length center to center
