About this 3D model

This is a house at 1mm = 1 foot (1:304.8) which makes about 1/2 of n-scale (1:148 or 1:160) model railroad. Wikipedia (Rail transport modelling scales) indicates that there is a ZZ (1:300) scale that this would fit. was fairly easy to create in sketchup.
