This is a derivative work of Wade's Geared Nema 17 Extruder by Wade. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1794 ** New version of TB-Clamping pls see : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5577 ** This is the extruder block only. I was added a thermal barrier clamping at underside of the extruder block. in my case, i'm using a 45~50mm PEEK one piece PEEK thermal barrier and attached with a nozzle and nophead's alum. box heat-end. A simple parts needed and it's very easy to remove a PEEK thermal barrier & nozzle for cleaning and maintenance. Remake : The thermal barrier will go inside to extruder block 18mm deep from the top face of clamping.
