Going over 100RPM on the bfb extruder ain't 100% reliable so for fast printing a bowden cable is recommended. Note that printing with bowden cable is not as near as precise as with direct drive. Anyhow, here's the holder for the bowden cable (the M6 nut trap like all the others) made to fit on the part 10056 of the bfb extruder.
