About this 3D model

This file is a mash up of the "LCD Knob" (www.thingiverse.com/thing:51020) by Mrrocketman, with some mods to make it useful on my 6-axis Stewart platform. My changes: - add relief under the know for mounting hardware, - add labelling (using the write.scad library) to identify the axis - add a set-screw hole to hold the knob onto the shaft - changed the shaft diameter to 1/4" Mrrocketman's knob was licensed as Creative Commons - Public Domain Dedication, and so it this one. The openSCAD display works slowly on this object. I am using a middle-aged Intel i7 machine (3.2 GHz), and it takes 4 seconds to update the display.
