About this 3D model

Make a 3D print of the Geneva light from the satellite Suomi NPP VIIRS day/night band (DNB). The light intensity is used as the z-axis for the 3D model. Works best if you rescale it in repetier-host to your like before printing. 7/19/2014: in response to popular demand, the high resolution version has been added. However, it may not work for all 3D printers due to the sharp spikes in the light intensity. On the other hand, the low resolution version should work for all 3D printers.
