Why a dome? It's energy and material efficient. Why not a geodesic dome? To print a dome you would only need a 2 axis printer. an arm positioned at the center with motors to control its facing around and up or down. What are those tubes? airlocks, ones large enough to bring even vehicles into. Solar panels and dish antenna are there for obvious reasons.
