Works with Velbon tripod model CX 540, and most likely other tripods from CX series. You'll need: - one 10-32 acorn nut. - one 10-32 thumbscrew - 3/8 x .171 x 1/4 nylon spacers, depending on length of thumbscrew The hex slot for the nut printed somewhat loosely on my printer but a little epoxy glue and it's a good fit.
