About this 3D model

Using PDB id 1TUB I generated the complete helix using UCSF Chimera. I just followed this video produced by Tom Goddard. http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/videodoc/MicrotubuleSym/ I think I used a different EMDB model with known helical parameters, but I cannot find that information right now.
