THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS! Please "Watch" to follow progress updates for additional photos, files and instructions. I noticed my Nema 17 motors get hot. I have a CNC Machine. I have scrap aluminum etc. I am crazy. Sooo I decided to make liquid cooling blocks. Print tank parts, Print a few water pumps, etc. Yes I did "Free hand" the milling of the aluminum. That way nobody can say they are commercially bought. Plus I broke two 1/8th milling bits on my first tool path before going 1/4th" so whatever. No big deal. I made 4 cooling blocks for 5 Nema 17s. One block is double wide for the extruders. I will print hose fittings, tank corners, water pumps, and water block to Nema fittings. Stay tuned. Update May 4th 2014: Added pump files, and dual print version of pump. Nozzle next.
