THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS!Please "Watch" to follow progress updates for additional photos, files and instructions. I noticed my Nema 17 motors get hot.I have a CNC Machine.I have scrap aluminum etc.I am crazy.Sooo I decided to make liquid cooling blocks.Print tank parts,Print a few water pumps,etc. Yes I did "Free hand" the milling of the aluminum. That way nobody can say they are commercially bought. Plus I broke two 1/8th milling bits on my first tool path before going 1/4th" so whatever. No big deal. I made 4 cooling blocks for 5 Nema 17s. One block is double wide for the extruders. I will print hose fittings, tank corners, water pumps, and water block to Nema fittings.Stay tuned. Update May 4th 2014: Added pump files, and dual print version of pump. Nozzle next.
