About this 3D model

This is an espresso making tool for evening out the coffee grounds in the portafilter. Customize for your portafilter and print several different ones which reach at a variety of depths into the portafilter. The included version is for a "58mm" (actually 60 in the print) Londinium I espresso machine's portafilter. The yin and yang shaped wiper is designed so that turning one way will wipe the coffee grounds towards the middle and wiping the other way will wipe them toward the outside of the portafilter.
