About this 3D model

This is another classic robot, named Maria, from the 1927 science fiction movie "Metropolis". It is printed in 3 sections using PLA on a MakerBot Replicator 2. I've taken a fair amount of poetic license on the details, but I think it captures the essence of the original design (see movie promo photo). This is still a work in progress as I want to add some props to go with her.
