This is a flexible trainer for the foot muscles and fascia. There are several wooden foot trainer on the market like the 'Sidekick AxisBoard" or the "BlackBoard". This Trainer has a completly different design, but aims on similar muscles and movements. The two plates are connected with a TPU connector. The tilt point can be adjusted in three positions and hight. It's possible to make the small plate stable with 2 tilts adapters or use just one an have everything moveable. Stand on the trainer and try to stabilze your stand. When this goes with less effort, you can try to move your forefoot controlled from one side to the other, but always keep the movement under control. The pins have bayonet fittings. They can carefully be turned into the tilts adapters. The TPU connector can be pressed in the plate with a ferrule.
