About this 3D model

After months of work I'm almost done with one of my biggest projects yet. It's the Rally Hood Spotlight for Ford Sierra. You can use this design for both scaled models or for IRL use. I'm in the printing phase of this design. I'm printing it in 1/1 (one to one) scale to put it on my car. So it would take a long time. Stay tuned for results. Parts Names White = Base Main part that everything mounts on and the connection between the parts and the car. Yellow = Mid Spacer for Lights. Used for adjusting lights mainly and it looks cool in my opinion :) Green = Light Holder The part that holds the light and makes it possible to mount it to both the Mid and Base. I had 145mm Renault R12 headlight set for this project. Light mounts in to this Green piece so it would be a lot easier to install it onto the Base Includes Seperated parts for easier printing Base comes in 8 pieces (Generally ~25x30x20) Mid comes in 4 pieces (~20x20x5) Green comes in 4 pieces (~18x18x20) Every piece is different, apart from Pentagon 1 Solid piece that includes everthing. (RalliFar.stl) A pentagon piece. It's used for the alignment between the seperated base parts for printing (there 5 sided holes you can see in the photos, this piece sits in them to hold them in place and align them) DOESN'T INCLUDE Headlight design Car design Notes Green piece is for Renault 12 headlight (145mm diameter). Generally rally lights is between 160-200mm diameter but for my project I had this in hand. You can create custom ones depending on your light. You can contact me in any designing needs. Base (White Piece) bolts on to car with 6 bolts. You can use double sided tape if you want to but I wouldn't recommend it because this part will grab air a lot. Mid (Yellow Piece) is optionel. You don't have to print it to use it in real life. But I would recommend that you print it because it would be a lot easier to make adjustments. You can make adjustments with Mid (Yellow Piece). You can place some washers on the bolt spots to adjust the height, pitch, etc. Due to it's design your car will get lower mpg (miles per galon / kilometers per liter) due to the aerodynamic shape. Not recommended for daily use. I will be using it for both racing and car shows. The headlight design of R12 in the photos is not included.
