About this 3D model

This 3D model is a compact anti-slip spiked pad designed to reduce sliding of a tool box inside a car trunk during driving. The pad does not fix or permanently mount the box — it works purely by increasing friction between the tool box and the trunk surface. One side of the pad is completely flat, intended for attaching double-sided adhesive tape, while the opposite side features a dense pattern of Ø2 mm hemispherical bumps. These rounded bumps improve grip on carpeted or rubber trunk liners without damaging the surface. The low-profile design makes the pad unobtrusive and safe for everyday automotive use. The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing and can be easily printed at home using common materials.
