About this 3D model
This adjustable fan mount prevents reliably extruder cloggings. I previously had big problems especially in slower passages. I use a 12 volt 40 mm fan, which is running with 5 volt on a seperate power supply. That's sufficient for cooling down the extruder above the nozzle and therefore to avoid the clogging. Additionally the fresh breeze is cooling the stepper motor for the filament. It is the first part that I uploaded yet. It could have been done better, but it works. (Update)Version 2 is self-supporting. Just use a zip tie to hold it in place. (Update)The third and probably last version got a tube to direct the air flow more precisely. (Update - Final)Added a channel for the zip tie and a gap for the bolt at the extruder arm.
