A brutal, horned chaos berserker skull helmet built for cosplay, display, and tabletop/wargame event costuming. This model features a heavy industrial silhouette with large U-shaped horn plates, riveted armor paneling, aggressive facial geometry, and textured surfaces that look great after priming and weathering. You’ll receive two build options: • Solid 1-piece wearable helmet (Large) designed to comfortably fit an adult head, leaving room for foam padding / helmet liner inserts. • 12-part split kit optimized for smaller printers—each piece is designed to stay within ~200mm x 200mm x 200mm, making it compatible with most entry-level machines and beyond. The helmet includes eye cutouts for visibility (perfect for conventions and events), and the split version makes it easier to print cleanly, reduce support scarring, and assemble with a strong internal seam reinforcement. Scaling tips: • Print at 100% for the intended adult fit. • Scale to ~80% for smaller heads or a compact display version (always test-fit using a quick draft print or measuring in your slicer).
