About this 3D model

The Genesis of the project: Everybody knows the dice with 4, 6, 8, 12 or 20 faces: these are the five famous solids of Plato. In antiquity these solids symbolized the five elements: the tetrahedron represented fire, the cube the earth, the octahedron the air (or wind), the icosahedron the water and the dodecahedron the space (or ether). The Buddhist tradition adds a sixth element: the mind. So what object could symbolize the spirit? An immersion in the universe of dimension 4 gave rise to the idea: the 4D equivalents of Plato's solids exist and are 6 in number: five are associated with them: thus the hypercube is associated with the cube, the hypertetrahedron is associated with the tetrahedron (etc...). But what to do with the sixth polytope (yes, that's what we call the "solids" in 4D) Damn it, but of course, I said to myself deep inside and at the bottom of my couch: this orphan polytope was finally going to be delivered from his abyssal soli(tu)de abyssale! The HYPERGRANATOEDRY (sorry but that's one of its little names) is empowered to symbolize the sixth element which is the spirit... The hypergranatohedron is thus the perfect symbol of 3DSPIRIT!
