About this 3D model
It should be good for home-decor. You could simply put it on the table or hang it up by the windows. :) The process of making this model was fun. I was just playing around with mathematica, trying out different functions and graphing demands. When I get the shape, I use several programs to edit it for a stylish looking pattern. Softwares used: Meshmixer, Meshlab, 3Ds Max, NetFabb. . The model I used for the picture is the bigger version one and I order it printed from Shapeways.com. . I printed them seperately with supports and then super-glued them together, and it turned out nice. :)
