About this 3D model

This model is taken from the sculpture "Boy with Horse" situated in the vineyard of Zielona Gora, Poland. Sculpted by Josef Thorak, who came to fame as one of two "official sculpturs" of the third reich, it was made for an exhibition held during the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games. It portrays a boy with a konik, the semi-wild horses of Poland who have the blood of the now-extinct European wild horse.
