This is the Green Goblin bust, as shown in the film "Spider-Man (2002)". The Green Goblin is the alias of several supervillains that appear in comic books published by marvel Comics, with the first and most high-profile incarnation being Norman Osborn. It is a Halloween-themed supervillain whose weapons resemble bats, ghosts and jack-o'-lanterns. In the film version, this character has a new set of metallic armor and arsenal.
