About this 3D model
Edit4 - 14.03.23 Okay weeelll it broke hah. But I can just print another one, I'll try to make video on it;) Edit3 - 12.12- I can confirm this 3d printed fix works;D Be sure to use ASA( works for me) or similar material Edit2 -20.09- I Fixed the headphones again, V2 has a lip all around the whole axis... I don't know how to explain it. just use V2 A and B files, it works better now Also printed in ASA and more scraping to make it fit better. Edit1 -19.09- the part failed, I pulled on it a little too hard... back to the drawing board... Hi! I saw these headphones for sale... 1/3 of the price... one problem - broken swivel point. Checked whole internet for a stl but couldn't find any... I took on a challange - make a part that will fit and work. took 2 days to make it work. I don't know how long it will last but it works, if you open the file you will see how I did it - instead of original U shaped metal thingy I integrated two flaps that catch the gap on the axle. I had ups and downs when designing that part, first prototypes from pla then resin, and when I tried it on, it just snapped, so resin is a no go for this print. Then I decided to try FDM petg and seems to work fine but demands some work after the print. I hope that I can help someone out with this design enjoy! Soo you saved a buck by fixing your head phones! Please donate if you want/can, it will be greatly appreciated, I will also have more motivation to do more things like this;)
