About this 3D model

Model Updated! The Mayor of Halloween Town (or just Mayor) is, well the Mayor of Halloween Town. His body (head included) is shaped like a cone. He wears a tall top-hat and suit with a spider bow-tie. He also wears a ribbon that says mayor on it. Being a politician, he is naturally "two-faced" and can rotate his head to appear as either happy or sad, depending on his mood of course. The model is printed so that the head can be detached from the rest of the body and turn within 360 degrees, so you can pose the payor either with a happy or sad face. Mayor is part of the Nightmare before Christmas scene I created.
