The button in the seatbelt on some Honda vehicles from 86-91 gets brittle and breaks. This is my reconstruction of the one from my 89 CRX. I printed it in ABS on a Stratasys FDM in 2006 and have been using it since then, largely as my daily driver. No guarantees that it won't fail on you, but if it does break you might have a hard time undoing your seatbelt. It's been years since I printed this, but you'll need support material, as I recall. I printed it standing on its side to minimize the inherent inter-layer weakness of FDM printing.
