About this 3D model

This larger than life wooden sculpture depicts an eagle. This depiction of the bird is commonly found around Switzerland and there are many copies of a similar style around the area of Lausanne. This sculpture in particular can be found close to the Olympic Museum in the town of d'Ouchy. This dataset has been acquired and processed by the students of the Digital 3D Geometry Course taught by Prof. Mark Pauly at the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at EPFL, Switzerland.
