About this 3D model
The Yari-Gunners are shrine-tech line infantry of the Neon Shogunate, built around the doctrine of the modern spearwall. Their long-pattern Yari-Guns replace the ancient spear with focused ballistic, coil, and pulse fire, allowing squads to pin enemies at range before closing lanes are sealed by armored shock troops. Deployed through Kyōrakku’s neon streets, shrine roads, volcanic passes, and fortress districts, they serve as disciplined wardens between the Shogunate’s cities and the monsters, rebels, and rogue spirits that threaten them. Each gunner wears black composite armor reinforced with bronze shrine-plates and sealed optics, giving them the look of ritual soldiers as much as modern infantry. Their helmets filter ash, smog, and spirit-static, while red combat lenses track heat, motion, and core signatures. Veteran squads fight in staggered formations, overlapping fields of fire with almost ceremonial precision. When a Yari-Gunner fires, it is treated as a spear thrust in service to the Shogunate. When a squad holds the line until the last round, their names are etched into shrine steel.
