This V-Groove Pulley prints in two parts to improve print quality because there are no overhangs and also encloses the bearing completely when the two parts are glued in the middle. Works great for all your linear actuators for sliding along the corners of an Aluminium extrusion for example. Print two of these. Insert your bearing into the first half, then glue the second half onto the first have at the apex of the V, to enclose your bearing.
