About this 3D model

This is a recreation of the Medallion Lucian wears in the Underworld movies. I split the design along the diagonal so it can print without supports. The loops are separate, which should make it easy to attach a chain if you require. They will need to be attached in the centre of the edges as illustrated in the supplied photo. It looks a lot better if you smooth the surface somehow. In my example I used acetone vapour but self levelling resin is just as good provided you use it sparingly. I sprayed the piece gold. Once that was dry I used an old brush to push burnt umber paint into all the nooks and crannies then wiped as much as I could back off again while it was still wet. The finishing touch was a green faux gem stuck in the centre.
