About this 3D model

This STL pack includes two separate buildings - a large brick railway station. and a warehouse to allow transfer of goods from the train to local distribution. Both have a walkway along the track side, to allow acces to the trains. The train and track in the photos are part of the Deweycat train system. This package is intended for FDM printing, and the files will fit most common home printer build plate. It certainly will print in resin, but I have not pre-supported these files for resin printing. Printing should be made at no more than .24 mm layers, with supports from the build plate only. Please note the following – it is important! The platforms are unique to each building, and each platform requires five of the piers; these are glued into the recesses on the underside of each platform piece. The stairs for the platform are not intended to be glued but simply slide into place when required. The warehouse has two front and one rear set of loading doors; the swinging doors can be glued opened or closed. The doors are fitted into the recesses on the warehouse door openings. The passenger station has the option of gluing a sign over the main entrance - I had tried to design a removable one, but I couldn’t do it without making it obtrusive to anyone not wishing a sign. The signs included has a generic German and Cyrillic sign, plus a French one and a blank one. The German and Cyrillic one may be too generic, but they were the best I could do as an unilingual Anglophone. The French one is accurate.
