Leering characters carved into stone markers can be found dotted all around the Hollow, following the old paths here and there. They watch you walk past. They watch you walk back. The locals say it's good luck to nod to them. Most of the locals nod. These statues hint at what the labyrinthine hallways of the mighty castle may have looked like in its heyday, long before the Hollow grew over the ruin. The townsfolk now use the Waymarkers to know where in the town they have wandered to and how to get back home. The faces don't always look the same way twice, and the path through them is not always the same path, but most who pay attention find their way. The set includes three distinct Waymarker statues, hand-sculpted by Johnny Fraser-Allen and scanned at the highest resolution we could capture. No AI involvement at any stage of the design or sculpt. Every leering face is the work of human hands. The Waymarkers are designed to be placed alongside the Hagglethorn Bridge and Pathways to mark forks, intersections, and the edges of the old routes through the town. They also work as standalone scatter on any fantasy board, particularly anywhere a board needs a sense of older, half-forgotten history layered beneath the current scene. Use them as roleplaying landmarks, wargaming objectives, atmospheric set dressing, or as a quiet way to suggest that something older than the current campaign is watching. Because every model was scanned at the highest resolution we could capture, these files scale cleanly from 28mm tabletop pieces up to oversized centerpieces, desk decor, or weatherproof garden ornaments.
