Kitchen safe made into a camping or holiday safe This uses the kitchen safe available here and transforms it into a small safe you can take on holiday or camping. I redesigned the base to make it smaller and stronger and harder to tamper with than the original, I also added 2 fixation holes so the base can be solidly fixed down to something, in my case the seat reals of our VW van. Printed in a bright green so it’s visible if anyone should steal the safe you can take this anywhere. I used 4 solid layers and the 50% infill it took 20 hours to print. For example: On the beach if you would like to go swimming and leave your phone or money. Fixed into you vehicle it allows a safer place to leave keys or other important stuff. In your holiday flat. or Just at home. The safe works on a timer so you set the time before it can be opened from one minute to 1 week or more. Happy printing
