About this 3D model

The Red Army engaged in many amphibious operations both on the Black Sea and in the Baltic. While none were of the scale of Overlord or Husky, they were significant and displayed some incredible courage and determination by the Russians. While Warlord game offers the Bronekater as an option, I wanted an actual landing craft. The DB class was used both as an assault landing craft and a gun platform for the 37mm AA gun, for Katyusha 8-24 rocket launchers and even a floating battery. This model has an optional, removable, rear platform to mount a pintle DSHK HMG. The platform has five posts, each with a small hole at the top, in which to string a thread to represent a rope railing around the platform. This model was printed in FDM, but will print in resin if you wish. Pre-supported and hollowed files are not provided.
