About this 3D model

Summary This is my first functional design. We have a fence to keep our little daughter from climbing the stairs. The problem is that when it isn't using we don't know how to save it. I designed this holder to attach to the railing of the stairs and thus prevent it from falling. I'm sure the structure could be much better. Designed it with SketchUp, if you need to modify it just let me know.
