Insert for Werner Adjustable SUP Paddles*, reduces the amount of water entering the paddle when it is extended. The insert limits the range of the paddle's adjustment so there are several different sizes depending on your preferred settings while surfing. The newer (v1.3) version needs to be printed with a flexible filament. The older (v1.1) version with straight sides might work with rigid plastic, but I haven't tried it. Most of the walls are around 0.8mm thick.
