About this 3D model

This block is designed to bolt directly to a consumer tripod via a standard 1/4"x20 threaded hole in the base. The main threaded rod is 16mmx2. There is a separate file included that can use a narrow-base weld nut similar to 90594A111 from McMaster Carr. It is designed to pause the print at a certain layer, insert the nut, and continue printing. The initial design can hold as small as 76mm up to a Kindle Fire sized tablet. We are working on shorter version.
