About this 3D model

Summary My door is very close to my thermostat and if the wind blows hard I can feel it coming through the door frame hitting the thermostat. So I designed this draft shroud to prevent the cold air from directly hitting the thermostat. Don't know how effective it is, but it cant hurt...
